The speed chain conveyor lines are mainly used in the small and medium-scale complete sets of assembly, test, aging and conveying and can be installed with clamps on the tooling plates to meet the needs of the workpieces for assembly. It is widely used in final assembly, subassembly, test, commissioning, aging and time flow process for small and medium home appliances.
The speed chain conveyor line is provided with the hoist to achieve double and multi-layer conveying and attain the goals of conveying and storage. The speed chain conveyor line is provided with right angle transplanter for plane steering transmission. It can be used for cycle, conveying and line recycling for tooling plates in a plane 4-frame.
Chain Form: Chain and roller transmission constant velocity - double pitch roller chain
Conveying Speed: 2-20 meter/minute
