The closed overhead conveyor chain is designed with ball bearing as the chain traveling wheel.
The guide rail is made of 16mn material by deep processing and has a service lifetime over 5 years. It can make a turn and climb freely and suit different geographical conditions.
The conveyor line is mainly used for aerial material distribution in the shop.
The rational design can organically combine the relevant nodes of warehouse and assembly line, maximize the rationalization of the production process for the shop and generate greater benefits.
The chain pitches in common use are 150, 200, 240 and 250(mm).
The single point loads are different and can be increased by selecting the type. The climbing angle is ≤ 60° .
The main structure is made of carbon steel.
It is applicable to long-distance rotary conveying for garment, automobile & motorcycle parts and meat processing.
