The telescopic belt conveyor can freely expand and contract in the direction of length. The length of the conveyor can be controlled anytime.
The materials can be operated and conveyed on a two-way basis. It shortens the distance to manually handle the materials back and forth, cuts the loading and unloading time, reduces goods damage and the loading & unloading costs and improves work efficiency if used in the vehicle loading and unloading.
The numbers of conveyor pitches are 2, 3 and 4. The belt width can be customized. The stationery base is fixed or movable.
The carrying capacity of conveyor is 60kg/m. The basic height of conveyor is available in two-pitch 760mm, three-pitch 910mm and four-pitch 1, 000mm.
The main structure is made of carbon steel and treated with spray coating on the surface.
It is applicable to material warehouse-in and warehouse-out, especially widely used in the tobacco industry and logistic warehouses. It can be used for robot end operation and conveying in the punch industry, especially the automobile industry.
